Obituary

LeVan Quoc Millburn, 59 of San Diego, CA passed away unexpectedly in his home Sunday evening August 6, 2023. He was the son of the late Cleveland and Lethi Kim Millburn. He is survived by his brother, Robert L Millburn, wife, Renee, niece, Briana along with many cousins and extended family in the U.S. and Vietnam. He is also survived by his Loving Companion, Amy.

He was born April, 6, 1964 in Saigon, Vietnam and came to the United States with his family in 1975. They resided in Hagerstown, MD. He was a 1983 graduate of South Hagerstown High School and upon graduation enlisted in the Marine Corp where he served 4 years. His last appointment was at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA. He fell in love with the area and decided to stay after being honorably discharged. After serving our Country, he attended college where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business and began a career in the Insurance industry. He loved traveling to Southeast Asia and spending time with friends. He will be missed by many.
